Continuing with our Queen Charlotte Track journey. Continuing with our Queen Charlotte Track journey. Yes, this is a late post 😝

It was a beautiful day. After our hearty buffet breakfast, we started the third leg of the hike. The distance between Punga Cove to Portage is 23.7kms. It was the longest and most tiring day for sure!

Day 3 on the track: Enjoyed a hearty buffet break Day 3 on the track:

Enjoyed a hearty buffet breakfast at Punga Fern Restaurant before we checked out to start the third leg of the Queen Charlotte Track. The freshly baked pastries was the star of the show.

Day 3 of 13: Furneaux Lodge to Punga Cove It was Day 3 of 13: Furneaux Lodge to Punga Cove

It was a 12.7 kms hike and we were able to do it in 3.5 hours. It's supposed to be short and "easy" but there was no part of the Queen Charlotte Track that was easy, bearable maybe. Good thing the seaviews are amazing and we got to see random things along the way.
